1. Purpose of the site

The Site presents the Château de Tilloloy, its history, its reception venues, its event services (weddings, seminars, private receptions) and a directory of partner service providers (caterers, accommodation, photographers, DJs, florists, equipment rental, fireworks).

The Site is an informational showcase: it does not allow online booking, online payment, or ticket sales. Any request regarding the private hire of the Château is made by phone or email to the operator, under the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Site.

2. Publisher and hosting

Information about the Site's publisher, its publication director and its host is set out in the Legal Notice, accessible from the Site's footer.

3. Access to the site

The Site is accessible free of charge, subject to having internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, breakdown, maintenance operations or technical constraints beyond the operator's control.

The operator cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the Site or any consequences this may have for the user.

4. Intellectual property

All elements on the Site (text, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, layout, structure) are protected by copyright and, unless stated otherwise, are the exclusive property of the Château de Tilloloy's operator or are used under authorisation.

The logos and visuals of partner service providers featured in the directory remain the property of those providers.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, of the Site's content, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

5. Hyperlinks and partner service providers

The Site contains links to the websites, social media pages or contact details of independent service providers (caterers, accommodation, photographers, DJs, florists, fireworks providers, equipment rental, event organisers). These links are provided for information purposes only, to help clients of the Château organise their event.

Each of these providers is an independent business, and the Château's operator cannot guarantee their services, prices, availability or contractual terms. Any commercial relationship established with a partner provider is a separate contract concluded directly between the client and that provider, under its sole responsibility.

Similarly, videos embedded on the Site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode ("youtube-nocookie.com"); the Château's operator has no control over the content or availability of these third-party hosted videos.

6. Content and liability

The operator strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the Site (room capacities, services, event dates, partner contact details). This information is nonetheless provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual commitment: only a signed quote or rental contract binds the operator to the precise terms of a service.

The operator cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the Site, its use, or the inability to access it, except in the case of proven fault on its part.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered address shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
